Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns. This policy outlines how refunds are handled for SwisserAI services.
14-Day Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after completion of the transaction.
This applies to all purchases including credit top-ups and subscriptions.
Credits & Top-Ups
You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund for credit purchases.
Unused credits will be refunded in full. For partially used credits, refunds may be proportional to your remaining balance.
Subscriptions
You have 14 days from your initial subscription purchase to request a full refund.
After 14 days, you can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your current billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed in accordance with Paddle's refund policy:
- Unused credits: Full refund
- Partially used credits: Proportional refund
- Technical errors (duplicate charges, failed delivery)
- Unauthorized transactions (with verification)
Refund requests may be declined if there is evidence of abuse, such as requesting refunds after consuming all purchased credits. This is in accordance with Paddle's refund abuse policy.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or exercise your right to cancel, please contact Paddle directly or reach out to our support team within 14 days of your transaction.
Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel your purchase where permitted, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel. We will use the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
