1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SwisserAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2Description of Service
SwisserAI provides AI-powered code and asset generation tools specifically designed for the FiveM platform. The Service includes:
- Code generation for Lua/JS
- Project management tools
- Documentation assistants
- Optimized resource structures
- Image, texture and icon generation
- Model, animation and clothing tools
3Accounts & Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4Usage & Credits
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased via top-ups or subscription plans.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions provide a recurring allowance of credits. Unused credits from subscriptions do not roll over to the next month.
Top-ups
One-time credit purchases do not expire as long as your account remains active.
5Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate malicious code, malware, or content intended to harm systems
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
- Share account credentials with unauthorized third parties
- Remove, alter or circumvent the provenance markings described in section 7
6Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of the code you generate using the Service. We claim no ownership rights over the specific output generated for you.
Service Content
The Service itself, including its underlying technology, algorithms, interface, and branding, is the exclusive property of SwisserAI.
7AI-Generated Content & Provenance
Marking of generated media
Images, videos and other visual media produced by the Service are generated by AI systems. Where the file format supports it, we embed provenance information that identifies the file as AI-generated: digitally signed C2PA Content Credentials and, where technically feasible, an imperceptible watermark. Generated source code is not marked in this way.
Do not strip the markings
You may not remove, alter, obscure or circumvent these markings, and you may not use tools whose purpose is to strip them. Ordinary technical processing, such as converting a file for import into a game engine, may drop metadata as a side effect. That is not a breach of these Terms, but you must not present the resulting file as if it were not AI-generated.
Your own transparency duties
If you publish or distribute AI-generated media, you may have your own disclosure obligations, for example under Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act). Meeting those obligations is your responsibility as the party publishing the content.
8Payments & Billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. SwisserAI is operated by Thomas Hetznecker & Mario Wulden GbR.
