Interior Builder

Design a FiveM interior like a kitchen planner: snap real GTA V furniture to a grid, walk through your room in first person, and build it into a streamed interior shell for your server. Nothing gets replaced, everything is add-on.

2,952 real GTA props, snap & stack WASD walkthrough at game eye height Exports a build-ready room spec
1 · Shape your room

Set the room size and door position, or start from a preset. Everything snaps to a 0.5m grid.

2 · Furnish it

Click furniture in the catalog and place it with the live ghost preview, or hit "AI Furnish", describe the vibe and let the AI arrange the whole interior.

3 · Walk & build

Walk your room in first person, then hit Build. You get a streamed interior shell resource, ready to install on your server.

Interior Builder FAQ

Switch to the Rooms tool. Every wall gets a full-length drag bar with a grip handle in the middle. Pull it to resize; everything snaps to the 0.5 m grid.
In the Rooms tool click "Add room" in the right panel, move the ghost next to an existing wall and click to attach it. A connecting door is placed automatically.
Select a room in the Rooms tool: its doors show position sliders in the right panel, and "+ exterior" adds another one. Every interior keeps at least one exterior door, that's your entrance in FiveM.
Pick a prop in the left catalog, then click in the room to drop the ghost preview. R rotates it, green fits, red is blocked, and small items stack on tables and cabinets.
Yes. Click "AI Furnish", describe the interior ("dive bar with a pool table and neon signs") and the AI picks matching props, arranges them room by room and hangs wall decor. Your first run is free, after that each run is 250 credits; a re-roll is just another run. Ctrl+Z restores your previous layout.
Your first build is free. After that: 1-2 rooms 1000 credits, 3-6 rooms 1500, 7-12 rooms 2000, 13+ rooms 2500. Rebuilding a design you already paid for costs a flat 500. Every build delivers a ready-to-install FiveM resource with preview renders and a teleport command.
Your choice at build time: "Auto spot" places it high above the ocean, far from the map and guaranteed clear of everything, ideal for teleport-based housing. "Custom coordinates" builds it exactly where you want (e.g. grabbed in game with /pos), so multiple interiors on one server each get their own place. Rebuilds keep your chosen spot.
You can design without one, your work stays in this browser. A free account adds named designs, cloud autosave, version history and the actual build.
No, and that's deliberate. A build ships a shell-style interior: solid walk-in rooms streamed as a normal add-on resource, the same approach popular shell packs use for player housing. You skip MLO-only features like portal culling and interior audio zones, but in return nothing can conflict with other map mods, it works at any coordinates, and it installs like any other resource.
Unzip the download into your resources/ folder and add "ensure <resource_name>" to your server.cfg. The included README ships teleport commands so you can jump straight into your interior.
Not yet. The catalog covers 2,952 vanilla GTA props across 19 categories, so nothing needs to be streamed and your server stays light. Custom props are on the roadmap.
