One credit pool for your whole crew
Put several SwisserAI accounts on one balance. One account pays, every member gets a daily and a monthly limit, and the owner sees who spent what on which run. Everyone keeps their own login and their own work.
Works for every tool on the site: 3D models, animations, images, code projects, Discord bots, framework conversions.
How it works
Four steps, and only the third one is yours to repeat. Everything else is done once.
One account pays
Pick the account that holds the subscription or buys the packs. That balance becomes the team pool. There is no second wallet and nothing to move around.
Support adds the members
Send us the owner email and the member emails on Discord. Nobody can invite, join or leave on their own, so the pool cannot end up with people you never approved.
The owner sets limits
Each member gets a daily and a monthly credit limit. A run that would go over it is refused with a clear message instead of draining the pool overnight.
Shared results, if you want
Optional: everyone in the team can view and download each other’s results. Code projects open read-only for teammates; only the creator chats in them.
What a member gets
- Every run and every code chat is billed to the pool, not to the member.
- Premium features and rate limits of the owner, without a subscription of their own.
- Their own credits are paused while in the team and come back untouched when they leave.
- The sidebar shows “Team credits” and today’s usage against the limit.
What the owner sees
- The pool balance, split into free, plan and bought credits.
- Every deduction with the member who triggered it, on the team page and in the transaction history.
- Per member: spent today, spent this month, both limits, editable in place.
- Warnings when a limit sits below the price of a single run.
Limits that fit real prices
A limit is an allowance, so it has to sit well above what one run costs. These are the current list prices, the same ones on the credits page.
A sensible start for a five-person crew: 5,000 credits a day and 30,000 a month per member. The owner can change both at any time, and the team page warns when a limit would block a single run.
Separate accounts vs. one team
| Five separate accounts | One team | |
|---|---|---|
| Paying | Five subscriptions or five people buying packs | One account, one invoice |
| Who spent what | Five transaction histories nobody cross-checks | One history with a name on every charge |
| Runaway spending | Noticed when the card statement arrives | A daily and a monthly limit per member |
| Premium features | Every member needs their own plan | The owner’s plan covers everyone |
| Results | Sent around as ZIPs and Discord uploads | Optional: visible and downloadable inside the team |
| Extra cost | None, but five bills | None |
Teams FAQ
Nothing on top. The team spends the owner’s credits at the normal prices. The owner keeps a regular subscription or buys packs as before; support can also invoice larger amounts on request.
Ask on the SwisserAI Discord. Send the email of the account that pays and the emails of the members, and say whether results should be shared inside the team. Support sets it up, usually the same day.
No. Only support adds or removes members, on the owner’s request. That is deliberate: a pool of paid credits should not grow by someone forwarding an invite link.
They are paused, not spent. While someone is in a team everything they run is billed to the pool. When they leave, their own balance is exactly what it was.
A limit is a spending allowance, not a price. One run costs up to 3,000 credits (a premium animation is 1,500, a High 3D model 3,000), so limits belong in the thousands: for example 5,000 a day and 30,000 a month. The team page warns when a limit would block single runs.
Runs are refused for everyone until the owner adds credits. Members see the team balance in their sidebar, so nobody is surprised. Small overdrafts on bought credits work the same as for a single account.
Only if shared results are switched on for the team, and then yes: sharing covers all of a member’s results, not just new ones. If that is a problem, ask the owner to keep sharing off; it is a team-wide switch.
No. Shared results are read-only. Teammates can view and download, and open code projects without a chat box. Editing, rebuilding and deleting stay with the creator.
Ask support or your owner. Membership is removed on request; running jobs are finished first so nothing is billed to the wrong account.
