Use
Members and roles
Invite your staff so they can ask questions too. Each person gets a role that decides what they can see and change.
The three roles
Owner
Everything. Only the owner can change data access, connect the agent, hand over ownership and delete the server.Admin
Ask questions, share charts, change settings, manage members, alerts and Discord notifications.Member
Ask questions and see the answers. Cannot change settings.
Your role is shown next to the server name at the top of the settings.
Inviting someone
- 1
Open Members
In the server settings, open Members.
- 2
Enter their email and a role
They sign in to SwisserAI with that email address to accept.
- 3
They accept
They get an email with a link. The link works once, only for that address, and expires in 7 days. You can send a new link (the old one stops working) or revoke the invitation.
Pending invitations hold a seat until they are accepted, declined or expire.
What members may do
Under General, the owner and admins decide two things for members:
- Custom questions: questions outside the standard reports. Each member can ask up to 50 per day.
- Public links: whether members can create share links. Off by default.
Changes to members, settings, alerts and notifications are listed under Audit log, kept for one year.
Handing over ownership
In the Danger zone, the owner can hand the server to one of its admins. You stay on as an admin. Only an admin can become the owner, so make someone an admin first.
Leaving a server
Admins and members can leave in the Danger zone. You lose access at once. The owner or an admin can invite you again.
