Pricing and billing
What Server Reports costs, what is free, how the monthly fee works and what happens when your credits run out.
What costs credits
Server Reports uses your normal SwisserAI credits. Two things cost credits:
Monitoring of one connected server
Price:5,000 credits per 30 daysWho pays:The server ownerAn answer with a chart
Price:25 creditsWho pays:Whoever asksAn answer in a crash chat
Price:25 creditsWho pays:Whoever asks
1,000 credits are worth $1, so monitoring a server costs about $5 a month and a single answer about 2.5 cents. You can see your balance at the bottom of the sidebar.
What is free
- The first 7 days of monitoring, see The free week.
- Setting up a server and installing the agent.
- A question the assistant answers with a question of its own, or cannot answer, or that fails with an error.
- Changing the period, splitting or filtering a chart you already have.
- Alerts, dupe watch, Discord notifications and offline notices.
- The automatic report after every crash.
- Inviting members. Each member pays for their own questions.
The free week
Monitoring a server is free for 7 days. The week starts when the agent connects for the first time, not when you create the server, so time spent on the setup does not count.
The free week is once per account every 30 days. If you connect a second server within that time, or delete a server and connect it again, the new server is billed from the moment its agent connects. The connect page tells you which case applies before you install anything.

How the monthly fee works
- 1
First charge
When the free week ends, 5,000 credits are taken from the server owner's credits. That pays for the next 30 days.
- 2
Renewal every 30 days
The fee renews every 30 days from the day it was charged. Every charge shows up in your credit history asServer Reports monitoring with the server name and the period.
- 3
A reminder when credits run short
If your credits would not cover the next renewal, you get an email, a message in the Discord channels you set up for server notices, and a banner in Server Reports, three days before the renewal.
Each server is billed on its own. Two servers cost 10,000 credits per 30 days.
When your credits run out
If the credits do not cover the fee on the renewal day:
- The agent stops collecting new data. It stays installed and connected, and you do not have to set anything up again.
- Everything collected so far stays. You and your members can keep asking about it, at the normal price per answer.
- You get an email, a Discord notice and a banner saying collection is paused.
To start again, add credits or start a subscription. Collection resumes by itself within a minute once your credits cover the fee, or press Resume now under Settings, Billing. A new 30-day period starts on that day.
Data from the pause
While collection is paused, nothing is read from your server, so charts show a gap for that time. Nothing collected before the pause is lost.
Keeping collection running
- Subscribe. A subscription refills your credits every month, so the fee is always covered and collection never stops.
- Keep a buffer. Keep at least 5,000 credits per server before each renewal date. The date is under Settings, Billing.
- Watch the reminder. The email and the banner come three days ahead, enough time to top up.
Your billing page
Open a server's Settings and choose Billing. Every member sees it; only the owner can pay.

To stop paying for a server, delete it under Danger zone, see Pausing and removing a server. Pausing the agent stops collection but not the fee. Credits for a period that has started are not refunded.
