Asset Library
Find a ready-made 3D model, check its size, and import it as a FiveM prop. Free, in seconds.
What the Asset Library does
The Asset Library gives you ready-made 3D models for your server. You pick one, check how big it will be next to a player, and import it. SwisserAI converts it into a FiveM prop with model, textures and collision, ready to stream. No Blender, no Sollumz, no credits.
In the app it is called Model library and sits under All tools. The public page ai.swisser.dev/library shows the same models to visitors.
Two sources
The two tabs at the top of the library hold two different kinds of model:
- 1. Curated packs: free CC0 models, previewed in 3D
- 2. Sketchfab: search Sketchfab
- What it holds:1,938 low-poly models from 18 Kenney kits, all CC0: buildings, furniture, food, nature, shop fittings. Before the import:A 3D preview with size references, scale and rotation. Nothing else needed.
- What it holds:The free downloadable models on Sketchfab under CC0, CC-BY or CC-BY-SA, from simple game props to detailed scans. Before the import:The Sketchfab viewer, the triangle count and the licence. The first import asks you to connect a free Sketchfab account.
Start with Curated packs when a simple, clean prop does the job: it is the fastest way and never needs a credit line. Go to Sketchfab when you need a specific or more detailed model, and note its author for the credit; see Licences and credit.
What you download
An import becomes a normal prop in your assets, the same as one from GLB to FiveM or the 3D Generator. For the bench from the quick start, FiveM .zip downloads park_bench.zip (48 KB):
stream/park_bench.ydrThe model.stream/park_bench.ytdIts textures.stream/park_bench_col.ybnThe collision, so players can sit on it and cars hit it.stream/park_bench.ytypThe archetype that tells the game the model name and size.fxmanifest.luaThe manifest. It streams the files and loads the archetype.park_bench.glbThe converted model for Blender. Not needed on the server.
What it costs
- Imports are free from both tabs: 0 credits, with or without a subscription.
- Fixing the prop afterwards in the editor and rebuilding it is free too, and so is merging it with other props.
- You can run 3 imports or other asset jobs at the same time.
A curated model is usually ready in about 5 seconds. Half of all Sketchfab imports took 15 seconds or less, and nine in ten were done within about a minute.
What it cannot do
- It makes props, nothing else. A car, a character or a gun from Sketchfab becomes a static prop you can place or spawn, not a drivable vehicle, a ped or a weapon.
- No paid models. Only models that are free to download on Sketchfab are searched.
- No non-commercial licences. Models under CC-BY-NC, CC-BY-ND and similar licences are left out, because a server may not be allowed to use them.
- Heavy models lose detail. The conversion reduces a model to about 40,000 triangles as a World Prop; very dense scans can fail. See What happens during the import.
