The prop catalogue
2,952 GTA V props in 19 categories, each with a picture, its size and how many grid cells it takes.
What is in it
The Furniture catalogue on the left of the builder holds 2,952 props from GTA V: furniture, kitchen and bar equipment, electronics, plants, signs, lights, and a lot of small clutter. 300 of them are wall props that hang on walls.
- 1. Search…: name or GTA model name
- 2. Categories: click one to filter, again to clear
- 3. 2,952 props
- 4. Classic Sofa (3-seat): size in metres, footprint in cells
Note
You cannot add your own props or textures to the catalogue yet. The builder only places props that are part of the game.

Many props carry readable names, such as Classic Sofa (3-seat). Most of the others are named after their GTA model, for example Beer Neon 02.
Searching
The search field matches the name on the card and the GTA model name. sofa finds the sofas, prop_couch_01 finds the Classic Sofa. Search and a category chip work together. The count above the cards shows how many props match.
Names are short and English: search for chair, table, fridge or neon rather than a whole sentence. When a search finds nothing, the list says No results.
Reading a card
Each card shows a picture of the prop, its name and two sizes:
- Metres, for example
2.3×1.0×0.9m: width, depth and height of the prop. - Cells, for example
5×2: the grid cells of 0.5 m it covers on the floor. The ghost uses this footprint. - The coloured dot is the category. Pointing at a card shows the GTA model name.
Why the props are not in your download
Every prop in the catalogue is part of GTA V, so every player already has it. A build only lists which prop stands where; the game loads the props itself. Your zip holds just the shell of the rooms and those lists, which keeps it small. The props need no extra resource and no download for your players.
The Corner Cafe from the quick start has 21 props; see inside the zip for its file sizes.
