Build and install

Building and downloading

Name the resource, check the summary and build. The pack is usually ready within seconds and stays in My assets.

The Build livery panel

Build livery at the top right of the Livery Studio editor opens the build panel. Whatever is on the canvas joins the pack; you do not need to save first.

  1. 1. Resource name: the folder name for server.cfg
  2. 2. Delivery, Takes over, Designs, Ships: what the pack will be
  3. 3. Build livery resource: the price sits right above it
  • Resource name

Names the resource folder and the ensure line. Lowercase letters, digits and underscores, up to 30 characters. It starts as jester4_liveries for the sticker modes or comet6_livery for a wrap.
  • Notes (optional)

For yourself. Not part of the resource.
  • Summary

Sticker modes only: Delivery, which stickers it Takes over or that all Stock stickers are kept, the number of Designs and the files it Ships.
  • Designs painted and price

For example 1 of 1 designs painted and 40 credits, right above the button.
  • Build livery resource

Uploads your designs and starts the build.

An Add a new sticker build also repeats the one-pack-per-car rule before you pay. When you already have an add-on pack for the car, the summary shows how many designs are new and how many it keeps.

  1. 1. Stock stickers: all 15 kept
  2. 2. One add-on pack per car
  3. 3. Build livery resource

Price of a build

  • Replace a sticker

    40
  • Add a new sticker

    100
  • Always-on wrap

    40
  • Police Cruiser or Taxi livery slots

    40

The price is flat: one design or fifteen cost the same. AI designs are paid when you generate them, not at the build. A build that fails costs nothing.

The result page

The build button takes you to the pack's page. In our runs the pack was ready between 9 and 65 seconds after the click, upload included. The page then shows:

  1. 1. Completed: the pack is built
  1. 1. FiveM .zip: downloads the resource
The car render on the result page, taken from the same angle as the gallery cards.
  • The car with your livery, rendered from the angle of the gallery cards.
  • The spawn name, for example jester4, with a copy button.
  • Livery resource ready: install steps written for your mode, including the sticker number and the Lua line.
  • FiveM .zip at the top right and Download FiveM ZIP under Files.

The install card differs per mode. A sticker pack names the sticker; a wrap explains that it shows without a sticker:

  1. 1. ensure: the line for server.cfg
  2. 2. Where it shows up: written for this mode
  3. 3. Lua: select it from a script

Inside the zip

Every zip unpacks into one folder named after the resource. These are the downloads from our runs:

jester4_liveries/README.md
jester4_liveries/fxmanifest.lua
jester4_liveries/stream/jest4_livery1.yft
  • README.md repeats the install steps and lists each design with its sticker or livery number.
  • Sticker packs ship sticker models (.yft); a wrap and the police or taxi packs ship the car's texture dictionary (.ytd).
  • Only add-on packs carry a data folder. It holds the car's complete stock tuning kit plus your new stickers.

Finding your packs again

Every pack stays in My assets in the sidebar under Assets. The Reskins filter shows livery packs together with prop reskins. Open a pack to download it again at any time.

  1. 1. Reskins: livery packs and prop reskins

Next: install the pack on your server.
